Spicy stir-fried pork recipe

■ Ingredients

300g pork shoulder butt(thin slice)

200g Korean Kimchi

30g hot pepper paste(gochujang)

20g hot pepper flakes(gochu-garu)

30g  sugar

20g grated garlic

150ml water

20ml soy sauce1 teaspoon salad oil

a bit of pepper


■ Method

STEP 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add salad oil and kimchi. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

STEP 2. Put water and sugar in another skillet and boil. When the water boils Add the pork and boil until the water runs out almost.

STEP 3. Add garlic, red pepper paste and soy sauce and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Add red chili powder, pepper, kimchi and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
